Dog friendly

Looking to take your four-legged friend on an adventure? Browse some of these excellent walking spots. These walks and locations offer a mixture of terrains and landscapes, full of new sights and smells for your dog to explore and enjoy - plus hopefully something for you to love too!

Please note: while all places listed here will allow dogs in, restrictions may apply so please be respectful when travelling with your pets - keep them on leads where requested and respect any restrictions the landowners have put in place. Areas such as castles, manor houses and gardens are prime examples of this - where you may be restricted to a certain space and outside of buildings. Wherever possible there will be a note on the 'Dogs welcome' feature icon that will look something like this:

Dogs welcome Dogs welcome
Restrictions may apply
